Returns & Exchanges

At Só Dança, we want you to feel confident in your dancewear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your tracking records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
